Transitioning to Fall (part 3)

Transitioning into fall is a great time for some soup! A great one is Tomato Peanut Butter Soup.
This soup is a rich blend of sweet potato, tomato, kale and creamy peanut butter. A fall favourite that can be made with a vegetarian stock or a homemade chicken bone broth.
